The goal of this site will be to develop leadership skills. There is much to be said about whether leadership is born or learned. I believe it can be both. The world is constantly changing and we will explore how to develop leadership within the changing world around us.

About Kathy Nicholls

I have been involved in leadership most of my life, starting with being the child on the playground who organized everyone to play a game. As I began my professional life, I came into the world of medical transcription. It was there that I began to truly hone my leadership style and abilities. My passion is watching new leaders come along and develop and grow. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to be  involved in someone’s growth in this area.

In addition to personal coaching, I am available to do leadership workshops and training for organizations.
